
Customer Service Advisor
High Wycombe, £16,000 - OTE £18K ++
We have a new and exciting Customer Service opportunity working for a market leader based in High Wycombe – this is a really exciting opportunity to join an expanding team of customer service professionals.
Main duties include:
The majority of calls will be incoming and it is essential that they are greeted in a responsive, informed and helpful manner. The successful candidate will have a proven record of high level customer support and service together with excellent administrative skills.
Under the direction of your Customer Service Team Leader, to provide a front line Call Centre service to ensure our Customers’ expectations and requirement are met and exceeded.
To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor you must have some previous Customer Service/ Service Delivery/Admin experience. You’ll also need to be someone who enjoys talking on the phone, has a confident approach and is able to speak with a range of individuals and important decision makers.
This role will involve dealing with mainly inbound calls. If you have good job continuity and business to business customer service experience then this job is for you!
In return you will receive a basic salary of £16,000 + Attractive Bonus
Main requirements:
• Response to internal and external telephone calls within
departmental service levels
• Resolution of customer enquiries’ on line’ with minimal referral or
call back, following methods laid down in company procedures and guidelines
• Direct input of customer orders via the telephone
• Record statistical information as per the departmental requirement
• Identify service improvement opportunities by recognising changing
requirements and error trends
• Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to ensure customer
focus is always retained
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the Customer Service
Procedure Manual relevant to the Call Centre team
You will:
• Maintain a team environment within the Call Centre and entire
Customer Service Team, ensuring good communication and colleague cover where required
• Develop and maintain customer relations always promoting a positive
departmental and company image
• Provide constructive, quantitative feedback and ensure two way
communication with the Customer Service Team Manager and Customer Service Manager
Essential Qualifications and Knowledge
Good Academic background; including English and Maths GCSE or equivalent qualification.
IT Literacy – PC knowledge to include competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, plus the ability to navigate screens.
Data input skills – accuracy.
