Telesales - Telemarketer
High Wycombe, £16,500 - OTE £22k ++
We have a new and exciting sales opportunity working for a market leader based in High Wycombe – this is a really exciting opportunity to join a brand new team of sales professionals.
To succeed as a Telesales Executive / Telemarketing Executive you must have some previous telemarketing or telesales experience. You’ll also need to be someone who enjoys talking on the phone, has a confident approach and is able to speak with a range of individuals and important decision makers.
This role will involve making outbound calls using the company database, gaining leads.

In return you will receive a basic salary of £16,500 on target earnings of £23K to £30K
Main Objectives:
Contact 150 plus leads per day to generate new business.
Expand our client’s market share by developing both new and existing accounts through outbound calls.
Maintaining comprehensive records as required.
Essential Qualifications and Knowledge
1. Strong Academic background; including English and Maths.
2. IT Literacy – PC knowledge to include competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, plus the ability to navigate screens.
3. Data input skills – accuracy and speed required as part of the sales call process.
Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge
1. Formal sales training.
2. Previous telesales experience.
3. Pipeline management.
