
Telephone Account Manager
High Wycombe, £16.5K OTE £22.5 uncapped
This is a new, exciting role for inbound & outbound Telephone Account Manager in a team within a fast growing, fast moving, and challenging environment. This is a great opportunity for you to build a career within the tele-business account management team with a leading environmental company.
This role is for someone who is determined to build a career in account management. You will be articulate and ambitious, enjoy working to targets and thrive in a fast moving sales environment. You will have a “customer is king” attitude, have the problem solving skills to quickly identify & resolve customer problems, the accountability of taking on a customer problem & work it through to resolution as well as working hard to ensure that our client is doing the “right thing” by their customers within the high company standards/expectation. You will need to use all your negotiation skills to ensure that you do not lose any customer you deal with & have the pride that ensures your 100th dial is the same as your 1st .

Previous telephone /account management experience is an advantage but not essential.
You'll need to:
• Build rapport with existing clients.
• Work closely with team members.
• Have ability to negotiate.
• Have ability to work in a pressurised environment.
• Meet targets both individually and in a team.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of accounts proactively and reactively
• You will be desk based and targeted to maximise sales opportunities with existing customer accounts
You will:
• Have good communication skills.
• Will need strong interpersonal skills, a proactive, resolution focused mindset with the ability to establish excellent customer relationships
• Have good understanding of Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Be confident, enthusiastic & motivated.
• Have willingness and desire to learn more.
• Be organised and able to prioritise work.
• Be articulate & pro-active.
• Previous sales/account management experience advantageous
• Be passionate about pursuing a career in tele-business account management.
