Personal Skills • Problem solver; flexible; adaptable; practical; a ‘good person to have around in a crisis’. • Ability to work individually or in a team; remotely; globally; in a matrix structure. • Equally comfortable at the board room table or talking with fellow colleagues at the coffee machine. • Committed to the role, whether establishing a new department, rapid recruitment programme, disciplinary/grievance or redundancy programmes. • 19 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, 10 years in a highly regulated environment. • Thorough understanding of the R&D drug development process.
